药代动力学/药效学研究在抗生素治疗中的应用及研究现状 被引量:4

Application and research status of pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics model in antibiotic therapy

摘要 抗生素不合理使用和滥用导致耐药菌比例逐渐增高。优化现有抗生素给药方案是一个重要的应对策略。理想的最佳给药方案基于对药效学(PD)和患者体内药代动力学(PK)的深入研究。PK/PD分析不仅提升抗生素治疗成功率,而且使药物不良反应和耐药性最小化。本文对PK/PD模型、PK/PD折点以及PK/PD分析在个体化治疗中的应用和抗生素的研究进展进行了综述。 The irrational use and abuse of antibiotics lead to a gradual increase in the proportion of drug-resistant bacteria.Optimizing the current antibiotic delivery regimen is an important strategy to cope with this problem.The optimal dosing regimen is formulated based on pharmacodynamics(PD)and pharmacokinetics(PK)study.PK/PD analysis integrates these two indicators and studies drug regimen to improve the success rate of antibiotic treatment,while minimizing adverse drug reactions and bacteria.In this paper,the application of PK/PD model,PK/PD break point and PK/PD analysis in individualized therapy and the research progress of antibiotics are reviewed.
