摘要
相关政策文本和理论研究文献表明,"核心素养"的出现,主要为了因应后工业信息时代科技发展、经济竞争以及国家发展需要,促进各级各类教育之间的衔接,提升教育质量,建设人类命运共同体。"核心素养"实为"通用能力",具有超越的特性,应从知识、智力和理解维度进行界定、遴选和落实,力求促进个体、家庭、国家、世界的共同进步。未来,"通用能力"应由工商业领袖主导开发和调整,也将重视家庭与事业的平衡,在一定程度上推动现代教育向古典人文教育的复归。
Relevant policy texts and theoretical research literature show that the emergence of"key competencies"is mainly aimed at meeting the need of scientific and technological development,economic competition and national development,and aims to promote the connection of education at all levels and improve the quality of education,to build a community with a shared future for mankind.The essence of"key competencies"is transcendent which actually the"generic skills"is.We should define and select"generic skills"from the dimensions of knowledge,intelligence and understanding,seeking to promote the development of the"individuals,families,countries and the world".In the future,"generic skills"should be developed and adjusted by business leaders,emphasizing more on the balance between family and job,so as to promote the return from modern education to classical humanistic education.
