摘要
高速动车组的横向稳定性关系到旅客的乘坐舒适度甚至安全性。总结多年以来的高速铁路运用经验,通过理论研究、仿真分析和运用试验等,研究了高速动车组横向稳定性问题的产生原理、影响因素和解决措施。经分析可得,抗蛇行减振器动态刚度等参数对车辆横向稳定性影响较大;车轮踏面磨耗后,在局部线路位置与不饱满轨头匹配不良是引起转向架高频蛇行振动的主要原因,通过定期维护车轮和钢轨状态,可以有效改善这一问题。
The lateral stability of high-speed EMUs is related to passenger comfort and even safety.Summarizing the experience of high-speed railway operation in recent years,the mechanism,influencing factors and solving measures of lateral stability of high-speed EMUs were studied through theoretical research,simulation analysis and application test.It was concluded that:the dynamic stiffness of anti-snake absorber has a great influence on the lateral stability of the vehicle;the main reason for the high-frequency snake vibration of the bogie is the poor matching between the local track position and the not full rail head after the wheel tread wear,which could effectively improved by maintaining the wheel and rail status regularly.
