人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术近5年在医学领域飞速发展,该文综述了在大数据时代AI在整形外科的研究与应用进展,阐述了其与既往科研的不同点、存在的主要问题和开展AI研究的路径,提出通过医工深度整合、统一数据标准、建立大数据中心、与AI科研型企业建立战略合作关系,开展长期研究,同时制定研究战略,开展广泛科研协作的方法,呼吁将成果应用于临床,形成良性循环,实现人工智能在整形外科领域的落地实现,最终推动学科发展。

Artificial intelligence ( AI) technology has advanced rapidly in the field of medicine inrecent five years. This paper summarizes the progress of the research and application of AI in plastic surgeryin the era of big data and describes the differences from the previous scientific research. Next, it discussesthe main problems existing and the ways to carry out AI research. Finally it proposes to unify the datastandard through the deep integration of medical and engineering professionals, establish big data centers,and form strategic cooperative relationships with AI research enterprises to carry out long-term research. Atthe same time, it is crucial to formulate strategies and method for extensive scientific research collaboration.The paper calls for the clinical application of the AI research result to establish a virtuous circle. Applyingartificial intelligence in the field of plastic surgery ultimately promotes the development of the discipline.
