药食真菌发酵中药及“高效高热瘟病灵口服液”防治猪高热病的研究 被引量:8

Study on the fermented Chinese medicine from edible fungi and "high-efficiency Gaore Wenbing Ling oral liquid" and Its preventive treatment on swine high fever

摘要 为了制备并评价"高效高热瘟病灵口服液"对防治猪高热病的效果,试验采用生物发酵方法对中药"清瘟败毒散"加减方剂的28味中草药进行定向发酵适合性筛选,将筛选出的适合发酵的中药与松乳菇混合发酵,测定药用菌质活性及相关成分的含量、抗菌活性、体外抗PRRSV活性;将发酵的中草药与组方中未发酵(不适合发酵)的中草药混合,经水提取浓缩(含生药1.0 g/mL)配制成防治猪高热病的药物——高效高热瘟病灵口服液,并进行人工感染高热病猪治疗试验及临床治疗试验。结果表明:筛选出16味适合松乳菇发酵的中药,发酵后药用菌质的活性成分及多糖多肽含量增加,抗菌与体外抗PRRSV病毒活性提高。高、中剂量(按体重2 mL/kg、1.0 mL/kg)"高效高热瘟病灵口服液"对人工感染高热病猪的治疗完全有效,对自然发病高热病猪的临床治愈率达92%。说明定向发酵具有一定的优势,"高效高热瘟病灵口服液"具有防治猪高热病的作用。 In order to prepare and evaluate the effect of"high-efficiency Gaore Wenbing Ling oral liquid"on prevention and treatment of high fever,the bio-fermentation method was used to screen the suitable fermentation of 28 Chinese herbal medicines with Chinese herbal medicine"Qingqi Baidu San"addition and subtraction prescription in this study.The selected Chinese medicines suitable for fermentation were mixed with Lactarius deliciosus,and the contents of Medicinal/Edible Fungi activity and related components,antimicrobial activity and in vitro antimultiplication and PRRSV activity were determined.The fermented Chinese herbal medicine was mixed with the Chinese herbal medicine which was not fermented(not suitable for fermentation)in the group,and after water extraction and concentration(not suitable for fermentation),it was formulated into a drug for preventing and treating pig high fever-high-efficiency Gaore Wenbing Ling oral liquid.Therapeutic and clinical trials were conducted on artificially infected swine high fever.16 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines suitable for fermentation of Lactarius edodes were screened.The content of active ingredients and polysaccharides of medicinal fungi was increased after fermentation,and the activity of antibacterial and anti-PRRSV in vitro was increased.The high and medium dose(2 mL/kg body weight and 1 m L/kg body weight)of"high-efficiency and high-heat stagnation oral liquid"were completely effective for the treatment of artificially infected swine high fever,and the clinical cure rate for naturally-occurring swine high fever reached 92%.It showed that orientation fermentation had certain advantages,and the high-efficiency and high-heat stagnation oral liquid had the effect of preventing and treating swine high fever.
