果寡糖、枯草芽孢杆菌和非淀粉多糖酶及其组合对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和饲粮养分代谢率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验研究果寡糖(FOS)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,BS)和非淀粉多糖(NSP)酶及其组合对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和饲粮养分表观代谢率的影响。选择1日龄雌性黄羽肉鸡1800羽,随机分6组,每组3个重复,每个重复100只鸡。分别在饲粮中添加0(Ⅰ组,对照组)、0.4%FOS(Ⅱ组)、0.5 g/kg BS(Ⅲ组)、0.05%NSP酶(Ⅳ组)、0.4%FOS+0.05%BS(Ⅴ组)、0.4%FOS+0.05%NSP酶(Ⅵ组),进行56 d的饲养试验以及消化代谢试验。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组均能一定程度提高黄羽肉鸡平均日增重(ADG),其中Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组ADG分别显著提高9.4%、9.9%、10.8%、9.1%(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05);试验各组均可以提高饲粮粗蛋白质的代谢率,其中Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组分别比对照组显著提高9.0%、13.6%、13.1%、12.2%(P<0.05);Ⅴ、Ⅵ组饲粮粗脂肪代谢率比对照组有所提高,但组间无显著差异(P>0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组粗纤维代谢率比对照组提高3.2%、5.5%(P<0.05);除Ⅴ组外,其他试验各组均显著可提高Ca和P的代谢率(P<0.05)。综上所述,在黄羽肉鸡饲粮中添加FOS、BS和NSP酶,均可不同程度地提高生产性能和饲粮养分代谢率。FOS与BS具有协同作用,两者联用的效果优于单独使用的效果。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of fructooligosaccharide(FOS),Bacillus subtilis(BS)and non-starch polysaccharide(NSP)enzymes and their combination on the production performance and dietary nutrient apparent metabolizability of yellow chicken.1800 one-day-old female yellow chickens were selected and randomly divided into six groups,with three repeats in each group and 100 chickens in each repeat.The diets were added 0(group Ⅰ,the control group),0.4% FOS(group Ⅱ),0.05% BS(group Ⅲ),0.05% NSP enzyme(group Ⅳ),0.4% FOS+0.05% BS(group Ⅴ),0.4% FOS+0.05% NSP enzyme(group Ⅵ)respectively.Feeding trial lasted 56 days and digestive metabolism experiment was carried out.The results showed that:compared with control group,the average daily gain(ADG)were increased to a certain extent in test groups,ADG in group Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ significantly increased 9.4%,9.9%,10.8% and 9.1%,respectively(P<0.05),feed to gain ratio(F/G)decreased significantly(P<0.05);the metabolizability of crude protein in diets of test groups are improved.It was significantly increased by 9.0%,13.6%,13.1%,12.2%respectively(P<0.05)compared with control group;the metabolizability of dietary ether extracts in group Ⅴ,Ⅵ increased to a certain extent,but there were no significant difference between groups(P>0.05);the metabolizability of dietary crude fiber(CF)in group Ⅲ,Ⅳ increased by 3.2%and 5.5%compared with control group(P<0.05);except group Ⅴ,other test groups were significantly improved the metabolizability of dietary Ca and P(P<0.05).In conclusion,FOS,BS,and NSP enzymes added in diets for yellow chicken can improve production performance and dietary nutrient apparent metabolizability to varying degrees.FOS combined with BS is better than their using lonely.
