ICP-MS法检测鸡饲料与原料中有毒有害元素的含量及其分布 被引量:1

Detection of the content and distribution of toxic and harmful elements in chicken feed and raw materials by ICP-MS method

摘要 试验利用电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术(ICP-MS)建立了鸡饲料及其原料中7种元素的检测方法,分析鸡饲料中7种元素的含量分布。在最优化条件下,7种元素在测试范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9990,检出限在0.0045-0.0860μg/L之间;各元素的加标回收率为89.3%-109.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)区间为1.59%-5.09%。结果表明,所建立方法具有良好的灵敏度、回收率和精密度,可满足鸡饲料及其原料中有毒有害元素的检测需要。对鸡饲料原料及成品中有毒有害元素进行分析,鸡饲料原料中铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)均未超标,石粉中砷和汞超标。各鸡饲料中锌(Zn)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)的含量在允许范围内,均未超标。铬在大鸡料中超标,在其他饲料中未超标。砷在大鸡料、中鸡料、肥鸡料、蛋鸡料中均有超标情况存在,在大鸡料中超标率最高,超标程度最高。研究为鸡饲料及其原料中有毒有害物质的监控提供借鉴。 The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to establish the detection methods of seven elements in chicken feed and its raw materials,the content distribution of seven elements in chicken feed was also analyzed.Under optimal conditions,the seven elements had a good linear relationship within the test range,the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9990,and the detection limit was 0.0045~0.0860μg/L.The standard recovery of each element was 89.3%~109.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.59%~5.09%.The results showed that the method has good sensitivity,recovery and precision,and can meet the requirements of detecting toxic and harmful elements in chicken feed and its raw materials.According to the analysis of toxic and harmful elements in chicken feed raw materials and finished products,chromium(Cr),cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb)and zinc(Zn)in chicken feed raw materials did not exceed the standard,and arsenic and mercury in stone powder exceeded the standard.The content of zinc(Zn),cadmium(Cd),mercury(Hg)and lead(Pb)in the chicken feed was within the allowed range,and all of them did not exceed the standard.Chromium in the large chicken feed exceeded the standard,other feed did not exceed the standard.Arsenic in large chicken feed,medium chicken feed,fat chicken feed,laying chicken feed are all exceeded the standard,which in large chicken feed exceeded the highest rate,the highest degree of exceeding the standard.The study can provide useful reference for the monitoring of toxic and harmful substances in chicken feed and its raw materials.
