摘要
随着新一代照明技术的发展对LED载板提出更高的散热要求,同时要求可弯折功能,满足照明产品的多元化设计。本文开发制备了一种可弯折铝基覆铜板,并对制备的铝基板覆铜板进行了可靠性评估,综合性能良好。
With the development of the new generation lighting technology, the substrate of even higher heat dissipation is requested. Meanwhile, substrate of bendable function will be beneficial for the diversified design of lighting. A kind of bendable aluminum base laminate is developed, and the reliability evaluations have been conducted, results of which indicate the excellent overall properties.
