摘要
智能手机用印制电路板经历了十年的黄金时期,仍然是一类热门高端印制板产品,具有可靠性要求高、制作难度较大等特点。文章研究选取一款基于智能手机的1+6+1 HDI板,就其全流程制作以及管控做了初步阐释,希望能给业界同行提供一定的参考。
The smartphone PCB experienced a golden age in the past decade and is still a kind of hot,high end product,characterized by higher reliability and bigger difficulty in fabrication.This paper chose a 1+6+1 HDI board based on Smartphone and elaborated the full process production and quality control,which,hopefully,could provide some references for scholars engaged in PCB industry.
