摘要
本文基于2008—2015年中国和“一带一路”沿线国家的贸易数据,实证分析了“一带一路”沿线国家贸易便利化水平的变化对中国企业出口国内增加值率的影响。结果表明,长期来看,“一带一路”沿线国家贸易便利化水平的提升对企业出口国内增加值率产生了积极效应,该积极效应在贸易便利化提升后的第二期开始显现。而在当期内,贸易便利化水平的提升甚至会降低企业出口国内增加值率Q因此,企业应积极参与“一带一路”的持续建设,以便在长期实现价值链的升级。
Based on the trade data of China and the countries along‘the Belt and Road’initiative from 2008 to 2015,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of changes in the level of trade facilitation along‘the Belt and Road’countries on the export domestic value added rate of Chinese firms.The results show that in the long run,the improvement of the level of trade facilitation in the countries along 6 the Belt and Road’has had a positive effect on the export domestic value added rate of firms,and this positive effect began to appear in the second phase after the promotion of trade facilitation.In the current period,the increase in the level of trade facilitation will even reduce the export domestic value added rate of firms.Therefore,firms should actively participate in the continuous construction of‘the Belt and Road’to achieve the upgrade of the value chain in the long run.
