加味生化汤联合米索前列醇对高龄产妇前置胎盘产后出血的预防效果探究

Preventive Effect of Modified Shenghua Decoction Combined with Misoprostol on Postpartum Hemorrhage of Placenta Previa in Elderly Women

目的:分析研究加味生化汤联合米索前列醇对预防高龄产妇前置胎盘产后出血的治疗效果。方法:选取86例前置胎盘患者产妇,患者均采用子宫下段剖宫产术,通过随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例产妇,对观察组产妇注射加味生话筒联合米索前列醇以预防产后出血,对照组产妇注射米索前列醇预防产后出血。记录产后两组产妇的出血量、血压变化(收缩压、舒张压)以及子宫收缩频次。结果:通过测量对比两组产妇治疗前后的血压水平发现两组产妇的收缩压、舒张压均无明显差异,比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组产后2~24 h的出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组子宫收缩次数改善情况均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:对于高龄前置胎盘产妇,应用米索前列醇联合加味生化汤可减少产后出血量,促进子宫复旧,安全性较好,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of Modified Shenghua Decoction combined with misoprostol on preventing postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa in elderly parturients. Method:86 pregnant women with placenta previa underwent cesarean section. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. Forty-three pregnant women in each group were injected with modified microphone combined with misoprostol to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. The control group was injected with misoprostol. Misoprostol prevented the postpartum hemorrhage. The blood volume, blood pressure(systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure) and uterine contraction frequency were recorded. Results: By measuring and comparing the blood pressure before and after treatment, it was found that there was no significant difference in systolic pressure and diastolic pressure between the two groups, and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05). Blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of the number of uterine contractions in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Misoprostol combined with Modified Shenghua Decoction can reduce postpartum hemorrhage and promote uterine involution for elderly pregnant women with placenta previa. It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
