复方斑蝥胶囊对原发性肝癌介入治疗后细胞免疫功能的效果及机制 被引量:23

Effect and Mechanism of Compound Cantharidin Capsule on Cellular Immune Function in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer after Interventional Therapy

摘要 目的:考察复方斑蝥胶囊联合介入治疗对原发性肝癌的治疗效果及其可能作用机制。方法:原发性肝癌患者80例,患者被随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组接受TACE治疗,试验组接受TACE+复方斑蝥胶囊治疗。记录患者治疗前后实体瘤变化、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素和甲胎蛋白,体外培养肝癌细胞,考察复方斑蝥胶囊对肝癌细胞C-Myc和p53基因表达的影响。结果:试验组实体瘤肿瘤控制率高于对照组(χ^2=4.50,P<0.05);治疗后,试验组CD+3和CD+4显著高于对照组(t=7.03,P<0.05;t=5.63,P<0.05);治疗后,试验组AFP显著低于对照组(t=2.86,P<0.05);高剂量组C-Myc基因表达量低于中剂量组,中剂量组C-Myc基因表达量低于低剂量组(F=15.63,P<0.05);高剂量组P53基因表达量高于中剂量组,中剂量组P53基因表达量高于低剂量组(F=14.21,P<0.05)。结论:复方斑蝥胶囊联合者介入治疗对原发性肝癌具有较好的疗效,其作用机制可能与复方斑蝥胶囊调节患者的免疫功能、抑制肝癌细胞增殖有关。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Compound Cantharidin Capsule combined with interventional therapy on primary liver cancer and its possible mechanism. Methods: Eighty patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group received TACE treatment. The experimental group was treated with TACE+compound Cantharidin Capsule. Changes of solid tumors, serum alanine aminotransferase, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin and alpha-fetoprotein were recorded before and after treatment. We investigated the effect of Compound Cantharidin Capsule on the expressions of C-Myc and p53 genes in hepatocellular carcinoma cells cultured in vitro. Results:The tumor control rate of the solid tumor in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(χ^2=4.50, P<0.05). After treatment, the CD+3 and CD+4 in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(t=7.03, P<0.05;t=5.63, P<0.05);After treatment, AFP in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=2.86, P<0.05);the expression of C-Myc gene in the high-dose group was lower than that in the middle-dose group, and the expression of C-Myc gene in the middle-dose group was lower than that in the middle group. The low dose group(F=15.63, P<0.05);the high dose group P53 gene expression was higher than the middle dose group, the middle dose group P53 gene expression was higher than the low dose group(F=14.21, P<0.05).Conclusion: Compound Cantharidin Capsule combined with interventional therapy has a good effect on primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Its mechanism may be related to the regulation of immune function and inhibition of proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
