摘要
目的为了推断犯罪现场唾液斑的遗留时间,探宄尿素和氨基酸的浓度比与唾液斑遗留时间的关系,以期建立一种较准确、灵敏、快速的新方法来推断唾液斑遗留时间。方法尿素、氨基酸在化学试剂的作用下,分别生成蓝色、蓝紫色的化学物质,其颜色深度与其含量成正比,通过二者的含量比值变化推断唾液斑遗留时间。结果性别对唾液中尿素与氨基酸的含量没有影响,唾液斑中尿素/氨基酸随遗留时间的变化呈非线性变化关系,其回归方程为:丫=0.016)^-0.丨76\+1.031,112=0.667,\-遗留时间,丫一尿素与氨基酸的浓度比。结论唾液中尿素与氨基酸的比随时间推移呈非线性变化关系,可根据回归方程推断出唾液斑的遗留时间。
Objective To establish a more accurate, sensitive and rapid method based on the relationship between theretention time and concentration ratio of urea to amino acid to infer the retention time of saliva spots left on the crime scene.Methods Under the action of chemical reagents, urea and amino acids respectively produce chemical substances in blue andblue-violet color, and their color depth is proportional to their concentration. The retention time of saliva spots is inferred bythe trend of the concentration ratio of the two. Results Gender had no effects on the concentration of urea and amino acidsin saliva. The urea/amino acid ratio in saliva showed a nonlinear relationship with the change of the retention time. Theregression equation is: Y=0.016x2-0.176x+1.031, R2=0.667, X-retention Time, Y-the concentration ratio of urea to aminoacid. Conclusion The concentration ratio of urea to amino acid in saliva changes nonlinearly with time, and the rententiontime of saliva spots can be inferred from the regression equation.
