摘要 通过对海洋工程船"新润3"号进行实船测试,获得船舶在减摇水舱开启和关闭2种状态下的横摇数据,准确评估可调式自由面减摇水舱在不同海况下的减摇效果。进一步将实测减摇数据与理论预报结果相对比,验证理论预报方法的有效性和局限性。研究结果表明,减摇水舱的性能不仅与自由液面的面积大小和水位高低有密切关系,而且受制于舱顶的高度,有必要在设计和预报过程中予以充分考虑。 Through the full-scale testing of the offshore supply vessel‘Xin Run 3’,the ship rolling data in anti-rolling open state and anti-rolling close state are obtained,and the performance of the adjustable free-surface anti-rolling tank is fully evaluated in different wave conditions.Comparing the testing results with the prediction results demonstrates the effectiveness and limitation of the anti-rolling theory.The full-scale study shows that,the anti-rolling performance is not only related to the free surface area and water depth of the tank,but also affected by the height of tank roof.It must be considered carefully in tank design and performance prediction.
