摘要
文章主要描述船用磷酸铁锂电池动力系统的系统组成、原理及其短路特性,详细分析磷酸铁锂电池的PNGV模型、直流滤波器选型计算和直流变换器的工作原理。通过HPPC测试获取磷酸铁锂电池的PNGV模型参数,根据直流变换器的纹波特性选择其最优工作区域。最后从系统特性出发,分析磷酸铁锂电池动力系统短路的等效电路,针对电池侧和直流电网侧的短路情况进行深入研究,并通过MATLAB/Simulink平台仿真验证了理论分析的正确性。
The system composition, principle and short-circuit characteristics of marine lithium iron phosphate battery power system are mainly described. The PNGV model of lithium iron phosphate battery, the calculation of DC filter selection and the working principle of DC converter are analyzed in detail. The parameters of PNGV model of lithium iron phosphate battery are obtained by HPPC test, and the optimal working area is selected according to the ripple characteristics of DC converter. Finally, starting from the system characteristics, the equivalent circuit of short-circuit in lithium iron phosphate battery power system is analyzed, and the short-circuit in battery side and DC grid side is deeply studied. The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by the simulation of MATLAB/Simulink platform.
