爆炸载荷下半潜式钻井平台月池结构动态响应

Dynamic Response of Moon-pool Structure of Semi-submersible Drilling Platform under Explosive Load

摘要 以某半潜式钻井平台月池结构为研究对象,基于一般耦合法建立拉格朗日与欧拉网格的耦合,计及应变率效应的影响,结合二阶精度求解器ROE算法、等效当量TNT方法和理想气体状态方程,参考API规范的要求设置多组计算工况,对月池结构在不同爆源高度和不同当量载荷下的动态响应进行数值分析。结果表明:该半潜式钻井平台月池结构的抗爆性能较好,未出现破损失效的情况。当爆源高度超过41.55m或载荷增大时,对x方向月池内壁板格造成的冲击和变形损伤更大,该处结构在防爆设计中应重点考虑;平台沿y方向的舱壁为主要吸能构件,占比最小为44.7%,爆源高度降低时吸能占比增大,爆炸载荷增大时吸能占比减小;平台沿x方向的舱壁吸能占比较为稳定,约为24%。 The moon-pool structure of a semi-submersible drilling platform is taken as the research object.The couple effect of Lagrange and Euler grids are established based on the general coupling method.The effect of strain rate is taken into account.The calculation uses ROE algorithm in second-order precision solver combined with the equivalent TNT method and the equation of ideal gas.Multiple load cases are set according to specifications in API.The numerical analysis of the dynamic response of the moon pool structure under different blast point heights and different equivalent loads is carried out.The results show that the overall structure has good antiknock performance and no structural damage.When the height of the explosion point exceeds 41.55 m,the impact and deformation of X-direction inner wall of moon-pool are larger,so the x direction inner wall of the moon-pool should be considered as the key point in the explosion-proof design.The bulkheads along the y direction are the main energy absorbing members,accounting for a minimum of 44.7%.When the height of the explosion point decreases,the proportion of energy absorption increases gradually.When the load increases,the ratio of energy absorption decreases.The energy absorption ratio of the bulkheads along the x direction is about 24%.
