企业社会责任：一个亟待公共管理研究关注的领域

Corporate Social Responsibility: An Area to Which Public Administration Shall Pay More Attention

传统上,CSR属于商业管理的研究范畴。但随着"治理运动"的兴起,CSR成为了企业介入治理的路径。通过践行CSR,企业一方面实现了自我规制与内部监管,不作恶;另一方面也释放社会公益,多行善。更重要的是,CSR的履行可以在不同层面弥合志愿失灵、市场失灵和政府失灵。同时,CSR对公共管理领域中的协同治理、政商关系等研究主题均有所启发。因此,CSR应该进入公共管理研究和实践者的关注视野。

Traditionally,CSR belongs to the field of business management.However,with the rise of governance,CSR becomes an approach for corporates to participate in governance.Through the practice of CSR,corporates can,on the one hand,fulfill their self-regulation,and on the other hand,provide benefits to the society.More importantly,CSR can fix the problems of governance failure.In theory,CSR also sheds light on some research questions regarding to governance,such as collaborative governance and government-business relations.In sum,CSR shall be paid more attention by public administration scholars.
