摘要
哈佛大学图书馆的服务是全球大学图书馆的标杆,其服务提倡人性化,并坚持不断创新以满足读者的个性化需求。从不同角度对哈佛大学图书馆人性化服务进行了探析,以期为我国图书馆事业的发展提供借鉴。
The service of Harvard University Library is the global benchmark.It is extremely humanized and continuous services innovation is conducted to meet the readers’ personalization needs. This paper probes into humanized service of Harvard University Library from different perspectives in order to provide reference for the development of China’s librarianship.
