实体图书馆借还服务的类型及其演进研究

Research on the Types and Evolution of the Borrowing and Returning Service of Physical Libraries

为厘清借还服务的类型和演进顺序,加深对实体图书馆发展的认识,采用建模和模型推演方法分析实体图书馆的借还服务。依据实体图书馆借还服务流程建立借还服务模型,利用技术更新和流程优化两种手段分别对模型进行迭代,由此获得了实体图书馆借还服务的类型和理论演进顺序,并指出了实际演进中的3种现象。实体图书馆借还服务的类型和演进顺序细化了已有的实体图书馆发展趋势理论,可作为当前实体图书馆后续发展的参考。

In order to clarify the types and evolution order of the borrowing and returning services,and deepen the understanding of the development of physical library,this paper uses modeling and model deduction methods to analyze the borrowing and returning services of physical library. Based on the process of borrowing and returning service of physical library,this paper establishes the model of borrowing and returning service,and iterates the model by means of technology renewal and process optimization,so as to obtain the type and theoretical evolution sequence of borrowing and returning service of physical library,and points out three phenomena in the actual evolution. The types and the evolution sequence of the service refine the development trend theory of physical libraries,which were established before,and could be used to guide the subsequent development of current physical libraries.
