如何适应大数据环境下科研人员的新需求,为科技创新提供更好的文献信息知识服务支撑,是专业图书馆共同面临的挑战与机遇。在分析计量科研创新需求的基础上,设计并搭建了大数据环境下面向计量科研创新的知识服务体系架构,通过对符合计量学科特色的知识资源进行搜寻、组织、整合、分析等,为计量研究人员提供满足其研究需求的精准知识服务,为计量管理人员提供能够支撑其学科管理与规划的决策支持服务。

How to meet the new needs of scientific researchers under the big data environment,to provide better documentation and information knowledge service support for scientific and technological innovation is a common challenge and opportunity for professional libraries.Based on the analysis of the demand for metrology research innovation,this paper designs and builds a knowledge service architecture for metrology research innovation under the big data environment.Through searching,organizing,integrating and analyzing the knowledge resources that are in line with the characteristics of metrology,it can meet the needs of metrology researchers and provide decision support services for metrology managers to support their discipline management and planning.
