基于卡拉杰克模型的军队院校文献资源供应商管理研究

Research on the Supplier Management of Literature Resources in Military Academy Based on Kraljic Model

供应商管理是文献资源采购工作的重要环节。与地方高校相比,军队院校文献资源采购规范化工作起步较晚,供应商管理工作尚存在供需双方关系定位不准确、供应商选择与评价指标不尽合理等问题。通过对国内外供应商管理研究现状和军队院校图书馆同行实际工作的调研分析,针对军队院校文献资源采购转型发展中面临的问题,提出了基于卡拉杰克采购模型的军队院校文献资源供应商管理优化方案。

Supplier management is an important link of the literature resource procurement. Compared with the local colleges and universities,the standardization of literature resource procurement in military academy starts rather late,so its supplier management work still has some problems such as inaccurate positioning of supply and demand relationship and unreasonable indicators for supplier selection and evaluation. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of supplier management research at home and abroad and the actual work of several military academy libraries,aiming at the problems faced in the transformation and development of literature resources procurement in military academy,this paper proposes an optimization scheme for the supplier management of literature resource in military academy based on Kraljic model.
