摘要
在全国高校围绕教育教学改革开展教育思想大讨论背景下,立足食品专业人才培养目标,通过推进教育教学改革实践、修订人才培养政策方案、构建创新能力实践教育平台、建立多元化的师资团队等措施,探究教育思想大讨论下的食品专业人才培养体系,实现"理论+实践"知识型人才、"科研+实训"的创新型人才和"课堂+实习"的应用型人才的分类培养和分层培养。
In order to thoroughly implement the important spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping’s speech at the national political and ideological work conference, revolution about the educational thought is discussed by universities in the whole country. The cultivation system of food professional students after the discussion of educational thoughts by promoting education teaching reform practice, revising personnel training policies and plans, building education platform for innovative ability practice, and building a diversified team of teachers, etc was explored. At last, the intellectual talent cultivation system including theory and practice, the innovative talent cultivation system including scientific research and practical training, and the applied personnel training system including classroom and internship will be built.
