Safety Supervision of Genetically Modified Food

转基因食品自问世以来一直是倍受争论的焦点,转基因食品的特殊性决定了其监管法律的重要性,各国针对转基因食品在监管理念、监管措施和监管方法等方面均有很大差异。介绍了美国、欧盟及阿根廷的转基因食品安全监管制度,比较了它们之间的差异性,并对中国的转基因食品安全监管制度的发展进行了论述,认为中国应该借鉴国外成功的经验,制定适合于我国国情的转基因食品安全监管制度。

Genetically modified food has been the focus of controversy since its advent. The particularity of genetically modified food determines the importance of its regulatory law. There are great differences in the concept, measures and methods of regulation of genetically modified food in different countries. The supervision system of genetically modified food safety in the United States, the European Union and Argentina is introduced, to compare their differences, and the development of China’s supervision system of genetically modified food safety is discussed. It is believed that China should draw on the successful experience of foreign countries to formulate a supervision system of genetically modified food safety suitable for China’s National conditions.
