Determination of Taurine in Different Forms Health Food by L-8900 Amino Acid Analyzer

摘要 采用L-8900氨基酸分析仪建立不同形态保健食品中氨基酸的检测方法。样品经水溶解提取,以柠檬酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相,经离子交换柱层析分离,与茚三酮反应液在135℃下反应,在570 nm处采用外标法定量。结果显示,牛磺酸在5.79~115.70μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),加标回收率的添加浓度为115.7, 1 157.0和2 892.5 mg·kg-1,平均回收率为98.59%~100.78%, RSD为0.33%~1.90%(n=6),样品溶液在48 h内稳定,最低检测限为3.2 mg·kg-1,最低定量限为10.7 mg·kg-1。该方法灵敏度高、专属性强、简单快速、定量准确,可用于不同形态保健食品中牛磺酸的检测。 To establish a method for determination of taurine in different forms health food based on L-8900 amino acid analyzer, the samples were extracted by aqueous solution, with citrate buffer solution as mobile phase, and the samples were separated by ion-exchange column, reacted with ninhydrin at 135 ℃, and quantified at 570 nm by external standard method. The results show that the calibration curves show a good linearity in the concentration range of 5.79-115.70 μg·mL-1(r= 1.000 0). The additive concentration of recovery is 115.7, 1 157.0 and 2 892.5 mg·kg-1, recovery rate is 98.59%-100.78%, and RSD was 0.33%-1.90%(n=6). The sample solution is stable within 48 h. The limit of detection and quantification limit are 3.2 and 10.7 mg·kg-1, respectively. The method is sensitive, specific, rapid, convenient and reliable accurate, which is suitable for determination of taurine in different forms health food.
