补饲颗粒料对断奶羔羊体重、肉品质及经济效益的影响

Effects of supplemented pellets on body weight, meat quality and economic benefit of weaned lambs

试验旨在探究补饲颗粒料对断奶羔羊体重、肉品质及经济效益的影响,试验选取断奶湖羊公羔44只,随机分为对照组和试验组,试验羊只每天额外补饲200 g育肥颗粒料,试验期为90 d。测定试验期第0天、第30天和第90天的湖羊体重。试验结束屠宰采样测定湖羊背最长肌肉品质。结果显示,较对照组相比,补饲颗粒料可显著提高育肥湖羊3月龄重和5月龄重(P<0.05),且极显著提高育肥羊总增重和平均日增重(P0.01)。补饲颗粒料可显著提高5月龄湖羊背最长肌粗蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著提高5月龄湖羊肌肉中谷氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸和氨基酸总和的含量(P<0.05)。另外,补饲颗粒料显著提高5月龄湖羊肌肉中EAA占TAA的百分比(P<0.05)。试验组每只羊纯利润比对照组高62.1元,提高效益16.75%。结果表明,补饲颗粒料可提高湖羊生长性能,改善肉品质,增加经济效益。

This experiment was to investigate the effects of supplemented pellets on body weight,meat quality and economic benefits of weaned lambs(Hu sheep).A total of 44 weaned lambs were used and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The sheep in the treatment group was supplemented with 200 g per day for a trial period of 90 days.The weight of the Hu sheep was determined at the 0 th,30 th and 90 th days of the trial period was determined.At the end of the experiment,the sheep were slaughtered for sampling to determine their meat quality.The results showed that,compared with the feed for the control group,supplemental pellets significantly increased the weight of the fattening Hu sheep at 3 months and 5 months(P<0.05),and significantly increased their total weight gain and average daily gain(P<0.01).Feeding pellets significantly increased the crude protein content in the muscle of the Hu sheep,and significantly increased the glutamate,methionine,isoleucine,histidine,lysine,arginine,essential amino acids,non-essential amino acids and total amino acids content in their muscles(P<0.05).In addition,supplemental pellets significantly raised the percentage of EAA in TAA of the muscles.The net profit of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.In summary,t supplemental pellets improved the growth performance,meat quality,and economic benefits of Hu sheep.
