深圳地区普通女性人群HPV认知及其外生殖器疣患病情况

Survey on prevalence of HPV awareness and genital warts among females in Shenzhen area

目的了解深圳地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)认知及外生殖器疣的患病情况。方法采用方便抽样的方法,在深圳地区对21~60岁的本地户籍及非本地户籍女性人口进行问卷调查和妇科相关检查,对外生殖器疣进行规范诊断。结果共调查7 000名妇女,平均年龄为37.92岁(标准差7.50岁)。"听说过HPV"的比例为43.14%(3 020名),HPV知识知晓比例在户籍人群、暂住人群、流动人群中依次降低(P均<0.01)。患外生殖器疣的比例为1.27%(89名)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,调查区域、医保类型、初次性生活年龄是深圳地区普通妇女外生殖器疣发生的相关因素。结论深圳地区普通女性HPV认知程度处于较低水平,本地户籍人群的认知水平明显高于非本地户籍人群。外生殖器疣患病率因调查区域、医保类型和初次性行为年龄的不同而存在差异。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of HPV awareness and genital warts among females in Shenzhen area.Methods Totally 7 000 female residents were recruited in community health centers by using convenience sampling and the questionnaire to know their demographic characteristics,sex behavior,HPV awareness,and gynecologic examination.Gynecologists in community health centers conducted gynecologic examination for each participants and diagnosed genital warts according to Diagnostic Criteria and Management of Genital Warts(WS235-2003).Results The average age of all participants was 37.92 years old(SD:7.50 years old).43.10%(3 020)of them had heard of HPV.The proportions of HPV awareness among registered,temporary,and floating residents declined in turn(Pvalues were all<0.01).The prevalence of genital warts was 1.27%(89).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the surveyed area,medical insurance,and age of the first sexual intercourse older than 23 years old were associated with the risk of genital warts.Conclusion The level of HPV awareness is relatively lower among females in Shenzhen,among whom the rate of local residents is higher than those among temporary and floating residents.The surveyed area,medical insurance,and age of the first sex intercourse are associated factors for genital warts.
