摘要
长庆油田集输系统腐蚀问题日趋严重,对长庆油田环江区块和白豹区块不同油井集输系统的水样、腐蚀产物和腐蚀速率进行了系统研究。结果表明:长庆油田集输系统水样中含有较高量的Ca^2+、Mg^2+、SO4^2-和HCO3^-;环江区块集输系统水样中的CO2和O2含量较高;环江区块腐蚀机理主要为由Ca^2+、Mg^2+和CO2引起的电化学腐蚀。白豹区块集输系统中含有较高量的H2S,H2S引起的电化学腐蚀是导致白豹区块集输系统腐蚀的主要因素。
Corrosion problems of gathering and transportation system in Changqing Oilfield had become increasingly serious.The water samples,corrosion products and corrosion rates of different oil well gathering systems in Huanjiang Block and Baibao Block of Changqing Oilfield were systematically studied.The results show that the water samples in Changqing Oilfield gathering system contained a large amount of Ca^2+,Mg^2+,SO4^2-and HCO3^-.The concentraions of CO2 and O2 in the water samples of the gathering system in Huanjiang Block were relatively high,and the corrosion mechanism in Huanjiang Block was mainly resulted from electrochemical corrosion resulted from Ca^2+,Mg^2+and CO2.Baibao Block gathering system contained a large amount of H2S,and the electrochemical corrosion caused by H2S was the main factor leading to the corrosion of the gathering system in Baibao Block.
