黑水环境中氯离子浓度对不锈钢应力腐蚀开裂敏感性的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Chloride Concentration on Stress Corrosion Cracking Susceptibility of Stainless Steel in Black Water

摘要 通过不同浓度Cl^-条件下的慢应变速率拉伸试验,研究了00Cr18Ni10不锈钢在黑水环境中应力腐蚀开裂敏感性随Cl^-浓度的变化规律。结果表明:随着Cl^-浓度增加,00Cr18Ni10不锈钢的应力腐蚀敏感性增大,模拟黑水环境中应力腐蚀发生的临界Cl^-质量浓度为16.8mg/L。 The sensitivity to stress corrosion cracking(SCC)of 00Cr18Ni10 stainless steel in black water with different Cl^-concentrations was studied by slow strain rate test.The results show that the sensitivity to stress corrosion cracking of 00Cr18Ni10 stainless steel increased with the increase of Cl^- concentration,and the critical Clconcentration for SCC to occurr was 16.8 mg/L.
