Process of Electroless Nickel Plating on Mg-Li Alloy

摘要 针对镁锂合金表面化学镀镍工艺进行了探索性研究。通过研究温度、pH、主盐用量、还原剂用量及络合剂用量对试片镀速和镀后现象的影响,确定了适于镁锂合金表面化学镀镍的最佳工艺配方及工艺参数。采用最佳工艺制得镀层试样,并对其进行形貌表征和性能测试,结果表明:镀层表面均匀、致密、无缺陷;镀层耐蚀性显著提高;镀层的硬度达到400HV,且与基体结合良好。 The process of electroless nickel plating on Mg-Li alloy was discussed.By studying the effects of temperature,pH,main salt amount,reductant amount and complexing agent amount on the plating speed and the phenomenon after plating,the best process recipe and technology parameters for electroless nickel plating on the surface of Mg-Li alloy were analyzed.Best process was used to prepare coating samples,and the morphology observation and performance test of the samples were carried out.The results show that the surface of the coating was uniform,dense and free of defects;the corrosion resistance of the coaing was significantly improved;the hardness of the coating reached 400 HV and the bonding to the substrate was good.
