摘要
基于API 581标准,采用定量分析方法对压力容器进行腐蚀损伤系数、失效概率和失效后果计算;同时结合制定的风险可接受准则,对压力容器腐蚀风险等级进行划分。结果表明:此方法可实现对腐蚀风险的准确定量评估,风险结论业主能接受,该方法已成功应用于曹妃甸某平台,可供其他工程借鉴参考。
Based on API 581 standard,the quantitative analysis method was used to calculate the corrosion damage coefficient,failure probability and failure consequence of a pressure vessel.At the same time,according to the established risk acceptance criteria,the pressure vessel corrosion risk grade was divided.The results show that this method could achieve accurate quantitative assessment of corrosion risk,and the risk conclusion was also acceptable to the owner.This method has been successfully applied to a platform in Caofeidian,which could be used for reference in other projects.
