摘要
南海某在役导管架平台牺牲阳极服役到期后需要延期服役15a,以在役平台的结构特征和服役环境为依据,从安装、可行性、可靠性和工程造价等方面对比分析了牺牲阳极和外加电流技术延寿技术的可行性。结果表明:相较于牺牲阳极法,外加电流延寿修复技术更加经济和便捷,采用阳极电缆拉伸和阳极远地安装方式,兼具经济性和安全性。
The sacrificial anode of an in-service jacket platform in the South China Sea needs to be extended for 15 years.Based on the structural characteristics and service environment of the in-service platform,the feasibility of the sacrificial anode and the applied current technology for life extension technology was analyzed from the aspects of installation,feasibility,reliability and engineering cost.The results show that the applied current extension repair technology was more economical and convenient than the sacrificial anode method,and the use of anode cable stretching and anode remote installation was both economical and safe.
