“一带一路”倡议下中外合作办学机构来华留学生培养模式——以校企合作为切入点 被引量:7

International Student Training Model of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Institutions in the Background of the “Belt and Road” Initiative: Taking College-enterprise Cooperation as a Starting Point

摘要 "一带一路"倡议推动了"走出去"企业在沿线国家的业务发展,但沿线国家当地的国际化人才并不能满足这类企业的需要。由于高度国际化的特性,中外合作办学机构在来华留学生培养方面呈现突出的优势,为其与企业联合培养来华留学生提供了基础。根据"三圈理论",基于校企合作的中外合作办学机构来华留学生培养模式可分解为目标确定、资源共享和协同管理三个方面,进而提出搭建来华留学生培养平台、汇聚政校企三方资源以及形成"培用贯通"的校企协同机制等建议,以推进实践的有效开展。 The "Belt and Road" initiative promotes the development of Chinese-funded enterprises in the countries along the route, but the local talents cannot meet the needs of the Chinese enterprises. Due to their highly international nature, Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions have outstanding advantages in the training of international students in China and can provide a basis for the joint training of international students. According to the "three-circle theory", the international student education mode of Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions based on college-enterprise cooperation can be decomposed into goal-determining, resource-sharing and collaborative management. It further proposes to set up a training platform for foreign students in China, to gather the resources of the governments, colleges and enterprises, and to form a college-enterprise coordination mechanism of "cultivating and employing" to promote the effective implementation of practice.
