关于盘式刚玉微孔曝气器离线维护方式的探讨

摘要 污水处理厂经过长时间运行后,其微孔曝气器很容易发生气孔堵塞,曝气系统的充氧性能和搅拌强度大大降低,造成污水处理厂能耗、处理效能下降。传统的在线维护方式无法彻底解决曝气器内表面及微孔内部积垢,而更换下来的旧刚玉微孔曝气器尚有恢复价值。本文主要研究通过专项设备和甲酸的配合,深度清洗刚玉微孔曝气器微孔内的污垢,使其恢复原有的工作效能,达到重复利用、节约运行成本的目的。 after a long time of operation, the microporous aerator of the sewage treatment plant is easy to block the air hole, and the oxygen filling performance and mixing intensity of the aeration system are greatly reduced, resulting in the decrease of energy consumption and treatment efficiency of the sewage treatment plant. The traditional on-line maintenance method can not completely solve the fouling on the inner surface of the aerator and the inside of the micropore, but the replaced corundum micropore aerator still has recovery value. In this paper, through the cooperation of special equipment and formic acid, the dirt in the microporous of corundum microporous aerator is deeply cleaned, so as to restore its original working efficiency and achieve the purpose of reuse and saving operation cost.
