宁夏回族自治区农村生活污水治理问题及对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Sewage Treatment in Ningxia

根据对宁夏回族自治区现有农村生活污水处理设施进行调研,分析总结农村生活污水治理工作中存在的主要问题,提出建议与对策。分析发现,全区已建农村生活污水处理设施百余座,对于改善农村环境起到积极作用,但还存在不足:缺少规划统筹、标准执行混乱、缺乏适用技术、长效运维机制不健全。针对主要问题,提出了加强顶层设计、开展适用技术研究和建立健全运维机制等建议。

Through the investigation of Ningxia’s existing Domestic Sewage treatment facilities in Rural Areas,the main problems were analysed in Rural Domestic Sewage treatment facilities.And then the countermeasures were Suggested.In Ningxia,more than one hundred rural sewage treatment facilities had been constructed, playing a positive role in improving the rural environment for some time.But the following problems were existed, such as lacking overall planning and applicable technology,standard implementation confusion,the long-term operation and maintenance mechanism is not sound,etc.Some suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening top-level design,carrying out research on applicable technologies, and establishing and improving operation and maintenance mechanism.
