新型烟气超低排放技术的研究与应用

摘要 介绍华电国际十里泉发电厂"上大压小"2×660MW超超临界机组采用的新型烟气超低排放技术的研究与应用。鉴于目前环境治理的严峻形式,尤其对燃煤电厂烟气超低排放、废水零排放、节能降耗等各方面均提出更加严格的要求,经充分研究和探讨,通过采用低低温静电除尘器、高频电源、高效脱硫协同除尘等先进技术的综合利用,取消湿式除尘器,达到烟气超低排放的效果,形成一套新型的烟气超低排放技术路线,可为同类型机组建设或炉后超低排放改造提供参考。 This paper briefly introduces the research and application of new ultra-low emission technology for 2 × 660 MW ultra supercritical units of Huadian International Shiliquan Power Plant. In view of the severe form of environmental treatment at present, especially more stringent requirements are put forward for ultra-low emission of flue gas, zero emission of waste water, energy saving and consumption reduction of coal-fired power plants. After full research and discussion, through the comprehensive utilization of advanced technologies such as low-temperature electrostatic precipitator, high-frequency power supply, high-efficiency desulfurization and co dedusting, the wet deduster is cancelled to achieve ultra-low emission of flue gas The results show that a new technical route of ultra-low emission of flue gas is formed, which can provide a reference for the construction of the same type of units or the transformation of ultralow emission behind the furnace.
