摘要
肺癌是全球范围内最常见的癌症,也是癌症死亡的主要原因(占癌症总死亡人数的18.4%)。早期诊断、早期治疗可以有效降低肺癌的病死率。呼吸分析是近年来肺癌早期诊断研究的热点,可以提供快速、无创、实时和敏感度高的疾病诊断和代谢状态监测。本综述分析了各种呼吸分析方法的优缺点以及采样方法,并总结了研究中生物标记物出现的次数。期望为呼吸分析在肺癌的早期诊断和治疗提供借鉴。
Lung cancer is the most common cancer around the world and the main cause of cancer death(18.4%of total cancer deaths).Early diagnosis and early treatment can effectively reduce the mortality of lung cancer.Respiratory analysis has been a hot topic in the early diagnosis of lung cancer in recent years.It can provide rapid,non-invasive,real-time and high-sensitivity disease diagnosis and metabolic status monitoring.In this review,the advantages and disadvantages of various breath analysis methods and the sampling methods were analyzed,and the number of biomarkers in the study was summarized.It is expected to provide a reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer for breath analysis.
