淮安市某三级甲等妇幼保健医院临床输血情况分析

Analysis on Clinical Blood Transfusion in A First-class Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital of Huai'an

目的回顾性分析某三级甲等妇幼保健院2016年-2018年临床输血情况,对血液各成分的使用、管理提供合理依据.方法采用东华数字医疗输血信息管理系统,统计2016年、2017年、2018年全院用血情况、各临床科室用血情况、各成分血的输注比例、各成分血每季度用血情况、住(出)院患者人均用血量.结果成分输血中红细胞输注量最大,部分科室每年用血量在不断上升.第一季度血制品用量最低,第三、四季度血制品使用量明显增多.产科红细胞和血浆用量最大.近3年来该院成分输血率达100%.结论定期对临床输血进行回顾性分析,有利于对全院输血情况的了解,合理调配血液的使用,由于妇幼保健院的接待患者多为妇女和孩童,进行输血回顾性分析更能对产妇和孩童的计划用血和手术备血量提供参考,对每年、每月、每周制定用血计划提供帮助.

Objective To provide reasonable basis for the use and management of various blood components by retrospectively analyzing the clinical blood usage in a grade A of level Ⅲ maternal and child health care hospital from 2016 to 2018. Methods Based on Donghua Laboratory Information System for Blood Transfusion, the general consumption of blood in the entire hospital were counted from 2016 to 2018, as well as the blood use in each clinical department, the ratio and quarterly use of each component, and blood use per capita. Results The use of red blood cells was the most among the use of all blood components, which was still continuously increasing in some clinical departments every year. The use of blood products came to the lowest point in the 1st quarter, but it showed a remarkably increase in the 3rd and 4th quarter. The obstetrics department applied for the largest quantity of red blood cells and plasma among all the clinical departments. The rate of blood components transfusion in the hospital has reached up to 100% in the past three years. Conclusion Regular retrospective analysis on the clinical blood transfusion will help to understand the situation of blood transfusion in the hospital and distribute blood resource properly. As patients coming to maternal and child health care hospital are mainly women and children, retrospective analysis on blood transfusion will provide useful reference for the blood use plans and preparations in clinical operations and help to make weekly, monthly and yearly plans for the use of blood resource.
