易染粗旦氨纶的制备及性能

Preparation and Properties of Easy-Dyed Heavy-Denier Spandex

氨纶因具有优良的高弹性能,被广泛应用于服装面料领域。普通粗旦氨纶在染色过程中难以着色,在拉伸状态下,未经染色或染色效果不佳的氨纶就会出现“露白”现象,极大限制了氨纶的应用。通过化学和物理方法添加定量的助染剂,制备出了对酸性染料有良好着色效果的易染粗旦氨纶。研究证明,制备的易染粗旦氨纶在保持原有良好力学性能的同时,较普通的氨纶对酸性染料具有更加优异的染色性能和色牢度,解决了高档针织领域对氨纶的易染性能要求。

Spandex is widely used in the field of apparel fabrics because of its excellent elastic properties.Ordinary heavy—denier Spandex is difficult to color in the dyeing process.During the stretching state,heavydenier Spandex without dyeing or dyeing poor will appear the phenomenon of“white”.The application of Spandex is limited greatly.The acid dyeable heavy-denier Spandex is prepared by adding dyeing auxiliary with chemical and physical methods.It has been proved that compared to ordinary Spandex,the easy-dyed heavy-denier Spandex has better acid dyeing properties and color fastness while maintaining good mechanical properties.
