The influence of the application of intelligent automation system in the spinning production field on the production process is expounded.After the whole process of automation operation is realized,the number of field operators is reduced and the cost of manpower is reduced.Through the management and control of each process link,the number of degradations such as oil stain,clamping silk,wool touching,poor moulding and broken barrel has been reduced significantly,the degrading rate has been reduced from 1.51%to 0.43%,the product degrading rate has been greatly reduced,the overall product quality has been stable,and the customer satisfaction has increased.
