摘要
选用国产“天纺”牌涤纶FDY纺丝油剂作为研究对象,分析了水质、温度、搅拌速度、加油速度等因素对油剂乳液状态的影响,从而制定出油剂配制的合理工艺。结果表明:在FDY油剂配制时,纯度较高的水质,适宜的水温、油温和合理的搅拌速度、加油速度均能有效降低油剂乳液的浊度,增强乳液稳定性。
The domestic"Tian Fang"polyester FDY spinning oil is selected as the research object,and the influence of water quality,temperature,stirring speed and refueling speed on the emulsion state was analyzed and a reasonable process for the preparation of the oil agent was worked out.The results showed that when the FDY oil emulsion was mixed,high purity water,suitable water temperature and oil temperature,stirring speed and refueling speed could effectively reduce the turbidity of emulsion and enhance the stability of emulsion.
