摘要
清代名医黄元御《四圣心源》提出"左路木火升发,右路金水敛降,中焦土气斡旋"的"一气周流"理论模型。在梳理历代医家对肾性水肿的认识后,以"一气周流"理论为基础,认为肾性水肿的治则为调理脾胃、调理四维从而恢复各个脏腑功能,形成正常的"一气周流",同时注重加大调理气机力度以提供"一气周流"的动力。
HUAGN Yuanyu,the famous doctor of the Qing Dynasty,in his work Heart Origin of Four Saints,proposed a "one qi circulation" theoretical paradigm in which the left wood fire ascends,the right metal water descends,and the middle earth mediates. After reviewing the understanding of the renal edema in history,based on the theory of "one qi circulation",it is proposed that the therapy principles for renal edema are regulating spleen and stomach,and regulating four dimensions to recover the function of zang-fu organs,and to form a normalized "one qi circulation",and regulating qi movement should be emphasized to supply the power for "one qi circulation".
