刘红权辨治儿童注意缺陷多动障碍经验

Experience by LIU Hongquan on Treating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

目的:总结刘红权教授诊治儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床经验。方法:通过研究历代中医文献中的经验,引述近现代医家对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的辨治思路,阐述刘红权教授对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍病因病机的独特见解及用药特色,以及典型医案的举例。结果:刘红权教授认为儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的病因为心肝风火、先天不足,治疗大法为初期清心平肝息风、补肾填髓,后期健运脾胃。所举案例,疗效明显。结论:刘红权教授辨证分析紧扣儿童生理特点,从心火、肝风、肾不足切准病因病机,突出清补兼施、性味轻灵的用药特色。

Objective:To summarize the experience by Prof. LIU Hongquan on treating attention deficit hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD). Methods:Through the study of the experience summarization in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) literature,the authors quoted the diagnosis and treatment of children’s attention deficit hyperactivity disorder by doctors of modern time,and expounded the unique insights and medication characteristics of Professor LIU Hongquan on the pathogenesis of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Typical medical cases were listed. Results:Professor LIU Hongquan holds that the disease cause for children attention deficit hyperactivity disorder usually involves heart and liver fires and congenital deficiency. The major treatment methods are in the early stage calming the liver and extinguishing wind,tonifying kidney and supplementing marrow,and in the later stage invigorating and transporting spleen and stomach. Cases with obvious effect were listed. Conclusion:Pattern differentiation by Professor LIU Hongquan closely follows the physiological characteristics of children. Based on the deficiency of heart,liver and kidney,the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of the disease were determined. The treatment is the combination of clearing and tonifying,and the property and taste of the Chinese medicinals applied are light and flexible.Such experience should be studied by the colleagues.
