装配式复合型外围护体系施工技术

Construction Technology of the Prefabricated Composite Envelope Structure of a Building

坪山高新区综合服务中心项目外围护系统采用整体吊装GRC及通高超大玻璃幕墙板块组成的复合型体系,对复合型外围护体系的工艺原理、工艺流程、施工技术要点及质量控制措施进行介绍。研究及应用表明,该结构实现了外围护结构保温、隔热、装饰一体化及整体装配化等目标,提升了建筑的外观形象,缩短了工期。

The external protection system of Pingshan High-tech Integrated Service Center project adopts a composite system consisting of integral lifting GRC and super-large glass curtain wall panels. The technological principle,technological process,main technical points and quality control measures of the composite external protection system are introduced,and the advantages of the system are analyzed. The research shows that the structure achieves the goals of thermal insulation, insulation, decoration integration and overall assembly of the outer envelope structure,improves the appearance of the building and shortens the construction period.
