摘要
天津市第一中心医院新址扩建项目筏板基础及主体结构混凝土体量超大,考虑到后浇带极易因处理不当所带来的质量隐患,以及避免对后续施工工序的影响,底板及地下室结构采用跳仓法施工。通过调整分仓尺寸及施工部署,缩短了施工工期,简化了建筑结构设计。地下室结构及施工缝的处理采用纳米防水水泥,保证了工程质量。
The concrete volume of raft foundation and main structure is very large in new central expansion project of Tianjin First Central Hospital. Considering the quality hidden danger caused by improper treatment of post cast strip and avoiding the impact on the subsequent construction process,the sequence construction method is adopted for the construction of bottom slab and basement structure. By adjusting the size of the warehouse and the construction arrangement,the construction period is shortened and the design of the building structure is simplified. The basement structure and construction joints are treated with nanometer waterproof cement to ensure the quality of the project.
