中医改善子宫内膜异位症术后应用Gn RH-a致低雌激素症状研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine in Improving Symptoms of Low Estrogen Caused by GnRH-a after Endometriosis Surgery

子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMT)主要治疗方法为保守性手术联合术后药物巩固治疗。促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist,GnRH-a)作为术后常用药物之一,存在导致机体低雌激素状态的副作用。属中医绝经前后诸证的范畴,基本病机为肾虚肝郁,治以滋肾疏肝为主,兼以活血化瘀。本文就近年来中医药改善子宫内膜异位症术后应用GnRH-a所致低雌激素症状的各项指标进行综述,以期为患者术后康复治疗提供思路,提高中医药治疗疗效,缓解患者症状。

The main treatment for endometriosis(EMT) is conservative surgery combined with postoperative medication for consolidation.As one of the commonly used postoperative medicines,gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a) has a side effect of causing low estrogen in the body.According to Chinese medicine,the disease belongs to premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes.The basic pathogenesis is kidney deficiency and liver depression.The basic principles of treatment are nourishing kidney and soothing liver,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.This paper reviews the indexes of symptoms of low estrogen caused by GnRH-a after endometriosis surgery and improved by Chinese medicine in recent years,in order to provide ideas for postoperative rehabilitation,improve curative effect of Chinese medicine and relieve the symptoms of patients.
