益气补肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者炎性因子及肺功能的影响

A Study on Effect of Yiqi Bufei Tang on Inflammatory Factors and Lung Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Stable Stage

目的:探究益气补肺汤辅助治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者炎性因子及肺功能的影响。方法:将慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者125例按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组62例采用常规治疗方法,观察组63例在对照组治疗基础上给予益气补肺汤辅助治疗,观察比较2组治疗前后咳嗽、气短、喘息和咯痰症状治疗效果,以及炎性因子和肺功能的改善情况。结果:观察组治疗后主要临床症状评分低于对照组,观察组总有效率为91.94%,对照组为74.19%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后肺功能指标1s用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、用力肺活量(FVC)、1s用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV/FVC)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肺汤可以有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,同时有效降低患者炎性因子水平,增强患者的肺功能。

Objective:To discuss the effect of Yiqi Bufei tang on inflammatory factors and the lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage.Methods:A total of 125 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,62 and 63 cases in each group respectively.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Bufei tang based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the curative effect of symptoms including cough,short breath,wheezing and expectoration,and the improvement of inflammatory factors and the lung function in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of main clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the total effective rate was 91.94%in the observation group,higher than that of 74.19%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of lung function including the percentage of predicted value of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1%),forced vital capacity(FVC)and the ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Bufei tang in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms as well as the curative effect,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and enhance the lung function.
