《临证指南医案》治疗营分证用药规律探析

Analysis of Administration Rules for Nutrient Aspect Syndrome in Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an

目的:探析叶天士治疗营分证的特色与经验,为临床诊治营分证提供借鉴。方法:整理《临证指南医案》相关医案记载的方剂和药物,对相关药物的出现频数、频率,以及药物四气五味、脏腑归经进行统计分析。结果:《临证指南医案》中治疗营分证典型病案共43例,涉及药物73味,其中清热药最多,达35.62%。结论:《临证指南医案》治疗营分证以"清营凉血滋液、透热转气、开透郁闭"为原则,可为现代营分证的临床治疗提供可靠思路。

Objective:To discuss and analyze the characteristics and experience of YE Tianshi treating nutrient aspect syndrome,so as to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment for nutrient aspect syndrome in clinic.Methods:The prescriptions and medicines recorded in the related medical cases in Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an were sorted out;the times and frequency,four qi and five flavors,and the meridian entry of viscera and bowels of the related medicines were counted and analyzed.Results:In Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an,there were 43 typical medical cases of nutrient aspect syndrome,involving 73 kinds of medicines.Among them,heat-clearing medicines were the most,accounting for 35.62%.Conclusion:The treatment of nutrient aspect syndrome in Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an is based on the principles of clearing the ying level and cooling the blood to nourish body fluids,expelling from the nutrient aspect through the qi aspect,and resolving depression and block,which can provide reliable thoughts for the clinical treatment of modern nutrient aspect.
