从《脾胃论》探讨黄柏的临床应用

Discussion on Clinical Application of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis Based on Piwei Lun

黄柏是临床常用的清热解毒药,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、退虚热及消肿祛腐的功效。笔者仔细研读《脾胃论》,认为黄柏是一味泻实补虚的良药。临证中,只要辨证准确,在方中加少量黄柏清虚热、泻阴火,均可获满意效果。本文从《脾胃论》应用黄柏及后世医家对黄柏的认识出发,探讨临床对黄柏的具体应用。

Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis,a commonly used heat-clearing and detoxicating medicinal in clinic,can clear the heat and dry dampness,purge fire and detoxify,clear deficiency heat as well as disperse swelling and dispel putridity.After reading up Piwei Lun,the author believed that Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis is effective in purging fire and supplementing deficiency.In clinical practice,with accurate syndrome differentiation,satisfying effect can be obtained by adding a small dosage of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis into the prescription to clearg deficiency heat and purge yin fire.Based on the application of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis in Piwei Lun and the study of the medicine from physicians in later ages,this paper discussed concrete clinical application of the medicine.
