滋阴熄风汤联合常规疗法治疗妊娠期高血压临床研究

Clinical Study on Ziyin Xifeng Tang Combined with Routine Western Medicine for Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

目的:观察滋阴熄风汤联合常规疗法治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效。方法:将100例妊娠期高血压阴虚肝旺证患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。2组均口服盐酸拉贝洛尔片,并接受常规护理措施,观察组加用滋阴熄风汤。2组疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后偶测收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、24h平均收缩压(24hSBP)和24h平均舒张压(24hDBP)的变化,计算治疗4周后的血压达标率;治疗前后评定阴虚肝旺证评分。结果:治疗后,观察组血压疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组SBP、DBP、24hSBP、24hDBP和阴虚肝旺证评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组SBP、DBP、24hSBP、24hDBP和阴虚肝旺证评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组血压达标率为80.0%,高于对照组的62.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规用药治疗和护理基础上加用滋阴熄风汤治疗妊娠期高血压,控制血压、改善阴虚肝旺证症状、提高血压达标率等效果均优于单纯现代医学治疗措施。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Xifeng tang combined with routine therapy for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods:Divided 100 cases of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy who had yin deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome into the control group and the observation group randomly,50 cases in each group.Both groups received labetalol hydrochloride tablets via oral administration and routine nursing measures,while the observation group additionally received Ziyin Xifeng tang.The treatment of both groups lasted for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,observed the changes in systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),24-hour average systolic blood pressure(24 hSBP)and 24-hour average diastolic blood pressure(24 hDBP),and calculated the standard-reaching rate of blood pressure;assessed the scores of yin deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome.Results:After treatment,the clinical effect of blood pressure in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SBP,DBP,24 hSBP and 24 hDBP and scores of yin deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome in both groups were respectively lower than those before treatment(P<0.01);the levels of SBP,DBP,24 hSBP and 24 hDBP and scores of yin deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome in the observation group were respectively lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The standard-reaching rate of blood pressure was 80.0%in the observation group,being higher than62.0%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on routine medication and nursing,the application of Ziyin Xifeng tang for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy has better effect than simple treatment measures in modern medicine in aspect of controlling the level of blood pressure,improving yin deficiency and liver hyperactivity symptoms and promoting the standard-reaching rate of blood pressure.
