基于数据挖掘探析针灸治疗慢性鼻炎的取穴规律

A Discussion on Rule of Point Selection in the Therapy of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Chronic Rhinitis Based on Data Mining

目的:研究针灸治疗慢性鼻炎的取穴规律。方法:从中国知网、万方、维普三大中文数据库中收集1980年1月-2019年1月关于针灸治疗慢性鼻炎的临床治疗文献,建立慢性鼻炎的取穴数据库,对数据进行描述统计、关联规则分析。结果:针灸治疗慢性鼻炎使用频次最高的穴位依次为迎香、印堂、合谷;所选经络的频次最高为手阳明大肠经;关联性最强的穴位组合为迎香-印堂。聚类分析依据穴位在治疗慢性鼻炎中的主治功用分为两类。结论:针灸治疗慢性鼻炎多根据病因病机辨证后循经取穴为主,配合近端取穴,并灵活选用交会穴、背俞穴等治疗多经病变。

Objective:To study the rule of point selection in the therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion for chronic rhinitis based on data mining.Methods:Clinical literatures on the treatment of chronic rhinitis by acupuncture and moxibustion from January 1980 to January 2019 were collected from three Chinese databases including CNKI,WANFANG and VIP.The database of point selection for chronic rhinitis was established to conduct descriptive statistics and association rule analysis on the data.Results:The most frequently used points for chronic rhinitis were Yingxiang(LI20),Yintang(GV29)and Hegu(LI4).The highest frequency of the selected meridians was hand-yangming large intestine meridian;the most relevant point combination was yingxiang-yintang.According to the cluster analysis,the major functions of the points in the treatment of chronic rhinitis could be divided into two categories.Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion for chronic rhinitis is mainly in accordance with syndrome differentiation on the etiology and pathogenesis and then to select the points according to the meridians in the combination of neighboring points.Besides,convergent points and back-shu points are flexibly selected to treat multi-meridian lesions in the therapy.
